you MIGHT be able to find brown playdough, or a recipe for playdough that you could dye brown.

Or

try mixing some chocolate pudding with extra sugar or flour or coacoa (even hot chocolate mix) until it gets about as stiff as playdough.  put the mix into a plastic sandwich bag.  cut off one tip of the bag.  Squeeze your pasty poo through the hole onto a plate or whatever you will be presenting the gift on in a circle pattern (kinda like how you get icecream out of a soft serve machine).  the rest is up to you.</description>
