Construction Project Team Appreciation?

Just finished a decent constuction project for which I was the Assistant Project Manager. I want to get something for the team that worked on my assignments. We have worked together in the past and I have gotten them plenty of flashlights and leatherman tools. I want to get them something different.

Any ideas?
