it's new constuction so I'm the first owner… some of my neighbors are on there, but not mine yet? I closed at the end of feb. 2007.

does it have to have a closet? can a prefabricated wardrobe, such as one you buy at IKEA, meet the closet requirement, or does the closet have to be part of the room's constuction?
(we are in california)

Decided it was time to make a career move, while the movin's good. Went back to Vocational College for Construction Management classses – spent 5+ months, 5 days/week, 9 hours/day to gain certificate in Project Management (entry) and Cost Estimating. The 31 years was simply an extension of years helping my Father in his contracting firm, so look at it as being in my blood. I could be of emmense help to a (on the large size) commercial construction firm. I see myself starting out as a Field Engineer or Assistant Superintendent, taking weight off of a P.M. or Super's shoulders, and learning at the same time. My
fear is that there may very well be no one out there who has even the foggiest notion of that which I speak of, or am I way off base? My main problem so far seems to be that the folks at the companies I have spoken with so far would rather hire a 22 – year old graduate of a constuction management program
and then put gobs of time and money into the fellow?
Can't help but wonder if there isn't some age discrimination going on here -
