why do i all of a sudden feel full of rage?

my next door neighbors son was killed today on road constuction…he is 26…just got married…expecting a baby…and almost like a brother to me…ne ways some dipshit didnt follow the pilot car and went the other way around the paving machine and crashed into it causing it to rock forward and it plowed my neighbor and killed him….i never get pissed but i am PISSED at the driver…who was in a hurry to get going around the construction…i never get pissed but i am raging with anger, sadness and sympathy…but why am i the most mad at the driver?
