Old News, But I Can't Find What It CURRENTLY Is?

What is at Ground Zero right now in New York? I had to write an essay for it, and I wrote about that there are plans for a freedom tower and a memoral park, but my teacher said that shes sure there already is a park made, but I can't find the right niformation, on weather if its already made or not. Can someone please tell me whats happening there right now and thats under constuction and whats already made?
